All parties are 2 hour parties and include the use of our indoor western themed party room which has a refrigerator, microwave, restroom, 5-6 picnic tables, potato sacks available for sack races and a helium tank for airing up your balloons.  Your indoor party room then opens up to your outdoor party area where your ponies or horses will be tied up for your private use.  You will have the ponies/horses available for your use for the full 2 hours of your party.  It is up to you how you want to rotate the kids on the ponies/horses & the amount of time each child rides during the 2 hours. In addition to the ponies/horses, your outdoor area includes picnic tables, nice shade trees, a grill for hot dogs or hamburgers and a bounce house for your party.  You also have access during your party to our cute petting zoo.  A great idea for party favors is sliced carrots and apples for the kids to feed to the animals.  You may also purchase a large bucket of feed from us for $15. In addition you are welcome to take a barn tour and have the kids see a working barn in action.  You also have access to a stove & oven if there are items you would like to heat up or keep warm. We do not provide any food or beverage items or utensils, plates and cups.   We do have an “In House Ranch Caterer” we would love to refer you to.  The price of each party includes up to 15 children and their parents except for the “Bonanza” which includes 10 children. Additional guests are $10 each, except for the Bonanza, which is $20/child or person extra on the trail ride and $10 extra if just attending the party area. Prices do not include helpers/Wranglers.  For an additional 15% gratuity 2 of our Wranglers will be assigned to help you with all your party needs beginning 30 minutes prior to the official start of the party and including 30 minutes after the official ending time of your party.  A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation.  Upon booking your party, you will need to complete the party cancellation form in order to make your reservation official.  Also, all visitors/party guests (children, parents, grandparents, babies, riders, non-riders) must complete a waiver in order to enter the property. 1 waiver per family & waivers are good for the current year 2009 in case they would enjoy another visit down the road. Waivers are available on our website under the link to forms. We recommend you include the waiver information or the waiver itself with your invitation. It's much more fun to have the waiver completed upon arrival & be able to immediately enjoy the fun! We will have waivers available at the horse park, also. Call for more details.
